Chinese Bronze Vase, Tongzhi Period (1862- 1874) Very rare vase form in bronze intended originally as a tea jar, incised with lines of calligraphy to underside of base referencing the Tongzhi era. Beautiful surface colouration and patina, shape consistent with the Qianlong period. CR – Patina consistent with age
